How the end of service benefit is calculated
Half a month's salary for each of the first five years, then a full month's salary for each year after that, with partial years counted proportionally.
In case of resignation
Less than 2 years: no benefit. 2 to 5 years: one third. 5 to 10 years: two thirds. 10 years or more: the full benefit.
